Half-day (4 hours) Workshop covers beginners basics of biomechanical, muscular, and neuro connections of the Foot, including a Barefoot Parkour & choreographed Foot Fitness exercises, with challenges to determine your deficits.
Upon completion, you will understand how to make better choices to avoid common foot surgeries, pain injections, and how to prevent or eliminate pain and injuries in the feet, knees, hips and upper fascial lines.
