THERAPY

What is Foot Therapy

Foot Therapy is an alternative to Orthotics, Surgery, and Injections for common foot pains and related injuries.

Foot Therapy incorporates methods from Gait Analysis, Fitness Training, Myofascial Release, Kinesiotaping, Trigger Point Therapy and Manual Massage Therapy

Foot Therapy aims to rebuild foot muscles, realign foot bones, and restore the feet’s plantar nerve feedback systems, using targeted exercises, massage techniques, and neuro stimulation tools.

Foot Therapy can eliminate or reduce pains caused from atrophied foot muscles due to Orthotics dependency, pronation, supination, hallux valgus, hallux limitus, plantar fasciitis, neuromas, hammer toes, and other common foot problems and pains, as well as related knee, hip, back, shoulder and neck stresses.

Foot Therapy can make your transition to Barefoot Shoes smooth and stress-free.

Foot Therapy can improve your Fitness Trainings, Competitive Performances, and overall Posture and Movement Patterns.
